Although tipping is at our guests' discretion, we can only accept tips by way of cash or check.
Spa Appointments
Credit cards are necessary when booking spa appointments. A specific appointment time and room is reserved just for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. To ensure peace and relaxation, please refrain from using cellular phones and keep them on silent. Children are not permitted in the spa at any time unless receiving services.
Salon Appointments
Credit cards are necessary when booking Keratin Smoothing Treatments, Thermal Straighteners, and the Aveda Retexturizing System. An appointment time is being reserved just for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Each of these services require a complimentary consultation with your designer prior to booking your appointment.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for any denomination and are beautifully packaged with a hint of lavender. Gift cards must be present at time of service, not redeemable for cash, and are not refundable. Pure Concept is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gratuity cannot be added to gift cards. Gift cards are redeemable at Pure Concept locations only.
